This web site is designed to provide a comprehensive and straightforward guide to planning, carrying out and reporting the NI 195 National Indicator for Cleanliness. It also provides information on how to use the data as a management tool, and how and where to get assistance if you are unclear.

This web site has been developed by ENCAMS on behalf of Defra to assist local authorities to meet the requirements of NI 195.
